  • I found something in store that is not on your website, can I order it?

Yes! Our in store inventory is constantly changing, and it would be impossible for us to keep our online store up to date, but send us a message with a detailed description of the item you are looking for, and we will do our best to get it to you.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

Our Canada wide shipping is set at $15 per order, and free if you spend over $150. If you are ordering a small item and would like to enquire about a cheaper shipping option, reach out to us before purchasing and we will do our best!

  • What is your return policy?

We will always accept exchange requests if you have changed your mind, or picked an incorrect size, but we are unable to offer any refunds. Please also note that any return shipments have to be paid in full by the customer.

  • My item is faulty or broken, what can I do?

Send us a message right away, and we will make sure we fix the issue. All of our items are quality checked before leaving us, but if you receive something that is not as it should be, we can offer an exchange, or a full refund.

  • Are you open on public holidays?

Yes, we are nearly always open, and our hours will not change for public holidays. Our only set days of closure are Christmas Day and Boxing Day, but please contact us if you would like us to clarify store opening hours.
